World wide shipping will be available soon or can be arranged upon request.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within Australia. An additional charge applies for express orders.

For international orders, shipping rates are available at checkout. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Refer to our Return Policy.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your parcel. You will need to lodge your return by filling in the form here, then wait for it to be approved before you send the parcel back to us.

The items must be in their original condition with hygiene label and tags still attached.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days.

Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery of 3-5 working days, depending on your location. 

Delivery on international orders vary between countries.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number. If you have not received this email, please contact our team athello@brezswim.com

If you need to make an urgent change once you’ve placed your order, we will try our best to help if you contact us athello@brezswim.comwithin 8 hours.

Please note that once an order is placed, it is subject to our Return Policy.

We currently accept Credit Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and AfterPay.

Please be aware that Brēz does not have any control of duties, customs and taxes imposed by the country your order is being shipped to. Therefore we cannot advise you of the cost since these can vary between countries.

All our pieces come with a heat label, describing how best to take care of your new piece.
