What are the shipping costs?

Domestic orders
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within Australia.

Express delivery within Australia are offered at a flat rate of $15 AUD.

International orders
International shipping rates range between $15-$25 AUD depending on country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns
Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Refer to our Return Policy.

How do I track my order?

We dispatch all our orders from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Once your order has scanned by the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received this email within 3 business days, please contact our team at hello@brezswim.com

All orders are shipped with a 'Signature On Delivery' requirement.

When 'Authority to Leave' has been selected by the customer, Brēz Swim cannot be liable for any missing parcels.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days.

Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Australian express orders are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days once dispatched (could take longer if outside metropolitan areas).

International delivery times
Delivery times on international orders vary between countries. The below are estimates only.

New Zealand: 8-13 business days
United States: 10-15 business days
United Kingdom: 10-15 business days
Rest of Europe: 10-15 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and most European countries.

Shipping to other countries can be arranged on request.

All orders are shipped with signature required on delivery.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Please contact us at hello@brezswim.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it to make sure you receive your parcel as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped with a 'Signature On Delivery' requirement.

Will I have to pay any duties and tax?

Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you check your local customs authority website for details.

There are no duties or taxes paid on Australian orders.

How do I make a return?

We offer a full refund on orders that meet our return policy and are returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

You will need to lodge a Return Request on our Returns Page and wait for your return to be approved before sending the parcel back to us. This is important for tracking purposes.

Once approved, please fill in the Return Form that came with your order and post your parcel to the address stated on the Return Form. You can also download and print it here.

The items must be in their original condition with hygiene label and tags still attached.

Can I change my order?

If you want to change your order, please contact us at hello@brezswim.com within 8 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Please note that once an order is placed, it is subject to our Return Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I take care of my Brēz swimwear?

You'll find washing and care instructions on the label placed on the inside of the swimwear.

Please follow these steps to keep your Brēz swimwear in good condition for as long as possible:

Hand wash in cold water

Dry in shade

Do not spin dry

Do not bleach

Do not dry clean

Avoid rough surfaces

Store flat - avoid folding
