We offer a full refund on items that meet our Return Policy and are returned within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and hygiene liner still attached.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Name and size of item(s) you wish to return
If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and can proceed to fill in the return form that you received with your parcel. If you've misplaced the form, you can also find it here.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items are subject to exchanges or store credit only.
Please note we only accept size exchanges. Include your order number, name of the product and which size you wish to exchange to in your Return Request. Once we have received your Return Request, we will notify you if the item(s) you wish to exchange to are in stock. If the item is no longer in stock and your return meets our Return Policy, we will issue a full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your item(s) meet our return policy, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
